Registration Fees

Registration Fee for Members:
110 € for registrations with payment before 15 April 2020, 130 € for later registrations
(for members of the societies BIB, VDB, ALA, ALBAD, Bibliosuisse, BVÖ, BVS, Dutch societies, VÖB)

Registration Fee for Non-Member:
221 € for registrations with payment before 15 April 2020, 257 € for later registrations

Reduced Registration Fee:
55 € for registrations and payment before 15 April 2020, 63 € for later registrations
(for trainees, students incl. dual-track degree courses, vocational management trainees, in-service professional trainees, unemployed colleagues and the retired; a proof has to be sent with the registration to registrierung@bibliothekartag2020.de)

Day-Tickets will also be available:
Day-Ticket for Members: 75 € for registrations with payment before 15 April 2020, 85 € for later registrations
Day-Tickets for Non-Member: 125 € for registrations with payment before 15 April 2020, 135 € for later registrations

 

Included in the registration fee is a Hanover public transport ticket which covers the center of the city, GVH tariff zone ABC.
The ticket for a full registration is valid from 26 to 29 May 2020, the ticket for a day registration is valid on the corresponding day.

The ticket will be printed on the name badge.

Miscellaneous

Name Badge

The name badge has to be worn all times during the congress. The badge entitle you for the free entrance to all session rooms, the exhibition hall and the opening session with Get Together.

In addition the name badge also serves as ticket for the public transportation system for the city of Hanover.

If you loose the name badge, a fee of 45 € has to be charged for issuing a replacement badge.

Certificate of Attendance

After the congress you will receive an e-mail with a personalized link which enables you to download your certificate of attendance. There will be no paper certificates on-site.

BIB members can become members of the library and information professions and other employees in libraries and related IuD institutions, including trainees and students of the relevant professions or courses.

o-bib. The open library journal is the specialist journal and also the VDB newsletter. o-bib appears quarterly and also contains the congress volume of the German Library Day.
